Off We Go
Its time for another trip, really? Seems like we're on the open roads a lot this summer. This time, we'll be headed to Kentucky to visit Matt's family and hopefully see some friends. I was thinking an afternoon playdate at a local park would be nice so that some of us moms could catch up. Any suggestions? The last time I lived in Kentucky, I wasn't exactly a kid-toting, park loving mama, so nothing fab comes to mind. I was thinking we could meet sometime after lunch, but before afternoon naps. Can't wait to see some of you!

I don't know what part of KY you'll be in, but if it's near Louisville I can tell you all kinds of places to go!
there are quite a few nice parks around. what area are you staying in? we go to several in the taylor mill area.
matt's parents live in erlanger, but we can drive anywhere really.
Melissa usually picks nice parks. We're in if you let us know when and where.

south fork & orleans park (florence/union) area are nice
well, any other ideas? i'd like to stay somewhere in between taylor mill area and florence so no one has to drive really far. what about that one park off buttermilk pike in crescent springs? am i thinking of the right place?
its looking kind of cloudy - although there's only a 40% chance of rain. i'm thinking the park idea is out of the question. so, matt and i will be around all weekend if anyone wants to meet up. my cell phone is 616-283-9832 or you can call his parents' house phone at 331-4277. we will also be at grace for the 9ish am service. we'd love to see any of you!
