31 Weeks

Well, here is me at 31 weeks pregnant (nearly 32 weeks!)...

And here is me at 30 weeks pregnant with Annelise.

I think I'm just a little bit bigger this time.

I will see my doctor again tomorrow morning - and then every two weeks.  The last time I went to the doctor, she said I was measuring 3 weeks ahead, which I know means virtually nothing. But, a girl can hope, right?  I'm feeling great these days, other than the normal exhaustion that comes with your third trimester.  Running a vacuum is like running a marathon.  Although, I wouldn't really know what that feels like, but I can imagine.

The closer I get to my due date, the older Annelise seems.  When we left for vacation, she was communicating in one word sentences.  Since we've been back, she's been putting two words together and I swear I even heard her say "I want down" today.  She's growing up too quickly and I fear that she will seem even older the day I birth her sister.  What's that saying?  "When you're a mother, the days seem so long but the years go by so quickly."  I can resonate.

you look beautiful!
just like a basketball tucked under your shirt.

I know what you mean about kiddos growing up so fast right before your eyes. I feel like I blinked and Lyla's 4 mos and my little boy is 3.25. When did this happen??

Rachael, you look SO good and look at the tan! I must say I'm jealous! I miss those Michigan beaches!!! We continue to pray for your pregnancy! It will be here before you know it! Just don't let your husband break anything after the baby comes:)

I don't think I have ever heard the tail end of that. And it feels sooo true these days. Best of everything!

Yeah, I have to say I'm hating you just a little for looking so good! I get pregnant and swell and bloat in every direction. Here's hoping three weeks ahead ends up meaning something :)

looking great Rach! And yes, just wait to you bring that new little one home! Forrest seemed like a cow! And did I ever tell you the story about how he tried to run away the first night Elliot was home? Yeah, talk about growing up at 19 months

you should have your doctor check your iron. Seriously. I am almost 37 weeks and I watch 4 kids almost every day and I have never been tired after vacuuming! A little extra iron might give you a real boost!

I love to see the belly pics! I think this one will have dark hair like you. (I was right about you having a girl, that's a good track record so far)
